1st Annual Women of Faith Workshop

Last month, the Women’s Group at Garden Valley Church of Christ hosted a truly special day of connection, welcoming sisters from Church of Christ chapters across Central and Southern Oregon. It was one of those afternoons where the spirit of community was palpable from the moment you walked through the doors, and we were beyond blessed by how many of you traveled to spend the day with us.

Finding Hope Together

We spent our time leaning into the things that matter most, centering our hearts on the theme of HOPE. There was such a beautiful balance to the day—one minute we were moved by heartfelt personal testimonies and grounded by devotional readings, and the next, the room was filled with laughter over a shared meal and some friendly competition during game time.

Whether we were listening to an inspiring message or simply catching up over a plate of food, the joy of being together was the real highlight. By all accounts, it was a day that left everyone’s cup feeling a little fuller!

A huge thank you goes out to the organizers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes, the speakers who shared their hearts so vulnerably, and everyone who made the trip from near and far to join us. We are already looking forward to the next time we can gather in His name!
